Cell Phone Mega Pixel Count

Julie asks:

I'm on the look out for a new phone, that will also be my camera for taking photos of my glass paintings. What is a good mega pixel count?

Thank you,
Julie Bullock

Take Quality Photos

Julie Bullock asks:

How can you take good quality photos,  to where you can crop and edit them without the end product looking grainy?  I am trying to get good photos of my glass paintings. Then manipulate the image through a photo app.

Thank you for your help.
